CANCELLATION POLICY

We want everything to be clear before you book. When you reserve a foam party, your date and time are held just for your event. This means we may turn away other customers who ask for the same time slot.

Please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and credit policy before submitting your booking.

Rescheduling

• If you need to move your party to another date, you may request to reschedule your event, subject to availability.

• A one time reschedule may be allowed at no additional charge if notice is given at least 7 days before your event date.

• If less than 7 days notice is given, a $100 rescheduling fee may apply.

• Rescheduling is subject to available dates and times.

• Approved rescheduling does not create a refund option.

Cancellations

• All payments are final and nonrefundable once the event is booked.

• If you choose to fully cancel your event and remove the booking from our calendar, no refund will be issued.

• If you do not want to reschedule and instead choose to cancel completely, the full payment remains nonrefundable.

• When you book with us, your date and time are reserved specifically for your event. Because that time slot is taken off our calendar and made unavailable to other customers, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

• This includes cancellations due to low attendance, change of plans, illness, venue issues, HOA restrictions, lack of permission, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason outside of an approved weather or safety related reschedule.

Event Credit

• If you need to cancel your original event date but do not have a new date yet, Bubbuloso Foam Parties may hold your payment as a credit.

• Event credits are valid for up to 365 days from the original event date.

• The credit may be used toward a future Bubbuloso Foam Parties booking, subject to availability.

• The credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

• If the credit is not used within 365 days from the original event date, the credit will expire and no refund will be issued.

Transferable Credit

• If you are unable to use your credit, you may transfer it to another person, family, organization, or event.

• You may sell, gift, or donate your booking credit to someone else.

• Bubbuloso Foam Parties must be notified in writing before the transferred booking is scheduled.

• The person receiving the transferred credit must agree to all Bubbuloso Foam Parties Terms & Conditions before services are provided.

• Transferred credits are still subject to availability, travel fees, location approval, setup requirements, weather policy, safety rules, and all other booking terms.

• If the transferred event requires additional travel, extra time, upgrades, or add ons, the new Client is responsible for paying the difference before services begin.

• A transferred credit does not create a refund option.

Weather & Safety

• Foam parties may operate in light rain.

• We cannot operate during lightning, thunderstorms, extreme winds, unsafe weather, flooding, or any condition we believe creates a safety risk.

• If unsafe weather happens before or during the event, Bubbuloso Foam Parties may delay, pause, shorten, stop, or reschedule the event.

• Weather related pauses, delays, or early endings do not automatically qualify for a refund.

• If we determine the event cannot safely take place, we may offer a one time reschedule or event credit, subject to availability.

Venue, HOA & Property Approval

• Please do not book until you confirm that your venue, HOA, property owner, city, county, school, park, or event location allows foam parties.

• If the event is denied, restricted, shut down, or canceled because foam parties are not allowed at the location, this is considered a Client cancellation and is not refundable.

• If your event location changes, the new location must be approved by Bubbuloso Foam Parties before the event is confirmed.

• Additional travel fees may apply if the new location is outside the original service area.

Why This Policy Exists

We only have a limited number of time slots available each day. Once you book, your spot is reserved and no longer available to other customers.

This policy helps protect our schedule, staff, travel time, setup time, and the customers who are ready to book.
